Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it.

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (postage costs are non-refundable).
• Please allow up to 28 days for us to process your return once received.

When your refund has been approved, we’ll confirm by email within 2 working days. Refunds are then released immediately, but please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to complete the transfer.

For safe delivery, we recommend using recorded or tracked postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
