Delivery Information
Royal Mail Orders & Dispatch Times
- Mon–Thurs (before 2:30pm to 4pm): Dispatched same day → Delivered next working day.
- Friday (before 2:30pm to 4pm): Dispatched same day → Delivered Monday (unless upgraded to Saturday Guaranteed delivery for an additional fee).
- Mon–Wed (after 2:30pm): Dispatched next working day → Delivered the following working day.
- Friday, Saturday (before 11pm Despatched same day)
- Sunday: Dispatched Monday → Delivered Tuesday.
UK Deliveries
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. On rare occasions, an alternative courier may be used.
- Please note: special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
- We aim for next-day delivery; however, delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or issue delivery refunds in such cases.
If a parcel is:
- Left outside or stolen → An investigation will be raised with Royal Mail. Refunds/replacements are only possible if Royal Mail confirms the claim.
- Returned to us due to missed delivery → A redelivery fee will apply.
Due to the nature of our products, Royal Mail cannot leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Aesthetics Express is not liable for any financial losses caused by late or missed deliveries.
For international orders, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs. If products are returned to us by customs, we will issue a refund for the order value only.
Delivery Protection Cover
To give you peace of mind, we offer Delivery Protection Guarantee:
- If your parcel is lost, delayed (cold chain broken), or damaged, we will replace it immediately to minimise disruption to your clinic.
If you choose not to purchase Delivery Protection:
- You will need to raise a claim directly with Royal Mail.
- Please note: investigations can take several weeks and Royal Mail only insures parcels up to a value of £100.
We strongly recommend purchasing Delivery Protection for full cover and reliable delivery each time you order.
